I love this product. I highly recommend.
Wanted to get an automated cat feeder so that we can ensure the cats kept fed and control portions. Also liked that this one had a webcam and prerecorded sound as well. Once up and running (with a minor change which I'll describe later) it works well. Has a large tank for the food, with our 3 cats it lasts about 2 weeks before needing to be refilled.The app and webcam work great as well so that when we were on vacation we could check in on the cats eating and making sure they were kept fed.Now two downsides. The first is more of a small one is there's no app notification when the food is empty. I've used another auto feeder that alerted when the food was low and that was great.The second downside is the food not falling out well. As you can see in the first picture I ended up having the cat food pile up in the machine instead of falling down into the bowl. I am not sure if it's just because the size of food my cats eat is too small, but it's a fairly standard brand of cat food. I ended up taking a blade and shaving down the opening and now it's working like a charm, but just something to keep in mind if you're buying this machine.
This cat feeder is really great quality and it looks fantastic. It is well made and the craftsmanship is really nice. It's very easy to set up, easy to clean and easy to use.
I got this cat feeder because of the ability to dispense food with the app for when I'm out of town. It was straightforward and easy to set up. The top container holds a large amount of cat food but the feeder itself could be better. The food chute is angled down just enough where after a few food drops, it gets jammed as the food doesn't disperse throughout the bowl on the bottom. The camera is also in a fixed position and does not move around, and you can't see the bowl to know how much food your cats have.You have the ability to set schedules if you need to as well. I have not tried it so I'm not able to give a review on that aspect. There's also a mic on the feeder, allowing you to talk to your cats through the app. This is a good choice if you're looking for an automatic cat feeder.
Easy install, working as it's desired. Food containers seals good after close, and it size fits good amounts food. Bawl is easy clean.
